Classic Sexy Lingerie Pinup with Stockings

This artistic black and white pin-up photo has a classic or vintage look to it with the sheer parasol and ruffled underwear. I can't tell however if these are patterned pantyhose made to look like thigh high stockings or if they are some kind of vintage nylon stocking with garter-like suspenders that I'm not familiar with. Can anyone help out?

That's got to be one of the narrowest hallways ever and what better way to fill the space with pantyhose and legs.
